Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings.

Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet.

Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel.

We expect that you will treat it with respect.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM.

We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
