By booking, guests agree to this policy. • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more.
Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home.
Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel.
We expect that you will treat it with respect.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise.
Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations.
Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay.
Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. • Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control.
As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. Place was clean. The heating system made an annoying high pitched noise occasionally. Bathroom amenities could be a little nicer, we were glad we brought our own shampoo, the body wash was ugh. Also, very disappointed that we couldn’t get a second bag of coffee despite paying so much.

Overall the unit was very clean, quite and in a great location for dining and events. Checking in was somewhat confusing with the lockboxes. Additionally, even though there was a "reserved" parking spot in the garage for the unit. We found out it's not guaranteed if there's an event nearby and the garage fills up. So make sure you have a backup plan.

Apartment was exactly as listed. Clean, bright and open, and had everything we needed. Walkable neighborhood with nice restaurants nearby, coffee shops, and a short walk to downtown. Parking was a plus, and amenities in the building were great! Very secure building and quiet too.
