Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations.
Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay.
Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. • Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.).
Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control.

Location was just what we were looking for and the property was renovated decently for an older home. Could have used a toddler gate to section off the kitchen and basement. They could use a dehumidifier in the basement, and the main floor shower isn't the best. Wifi needed to be reset when we check...
