As you drive up to this property you may notice there is very little to notice, that is, until you walk closer. There you'll find a staircase that leads you down to the front door of the home. Upon opening the door you'll immediately begin to feel like you're no where near Minneapolis! This interior is bathed in sunlight by way of sky lights and windows...everywhere! You may be in the ground but certainly won't feel it! This home features a den, living room, fully functional kitchen, dining area, 2 queen bedrooms, laundry, and a stunning bathroom displaying a spa like vibe. If you're looking to spend some time relaxing outside, step out onto the terraced patio and enjoy the privacy. The patio will surprise you with the Pyro Tower which can be used as a grill, smoker, or chiminea! If you'd rather enjoy the view from above, head up to the massive deck area located on top of the home. A gas grill and plenty of seating is available for gathering with friends and family. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • No pets allowed! • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel.

We expect that you will treat it with respect.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM.

We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
