With two queen bedrooms, a den, living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining space, laundry, and a stunning spa-like bathroom, Dove’s Nest is ideal for couples, friends, or small families seeking a memorable and relaxing stay.
Outdoor spaces include a private terraced patio and an expansive rooftop deck designed for gathering, grilling, and enjoying the outdoors.

If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing.
If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required. • Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation..
The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning.
Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee).
Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings.
By booking, guests agree to this policy. • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets.
Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet.
Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150.
Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more.
Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home.
Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel.
We expect that you will treat it with respect.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise.
Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations.
Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay.
Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. • Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.).
Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control.
As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM.
We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property. • Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property. • Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee. • Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

We chose the property to be close to all areas of Minneapolis. It was easy to get to all areas of the city and outskirts. We also chose it for its unique layout and specialness and we were not disappointed. The birds nest has really fun, mid-century decor, and great outside amenities

The Dove’s Nest Earth Home was a fun place to stay for our visit to Minneapolis. It was conveniently located, great amenities and well stocked kitchen! Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Enjoyed the unique home. The hosting agency is great and very responsive. The home was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is not the best but we had no issues at all. Would recommend it.
