Surrounded by meadows and forests and far from busy roads, our farm offers peace, nature, and pure relaxation.
The charming holiday village of Sankt Englmar is just about 5 km away and easily accessible.
Our house is the ideal starting point for a wide range of leisure and sports activities: scenic hiking trails, diverse mountain biking routes, a summer toboggan run, the fascinating treetop walk, as well as well-groomed ski slopes and sledding tracks are all nearby.
Our comfortably furnished holiday apartments come equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, full kitchenware, shower/WC, satellite TV, radio, and a balcony.
For even more enjoyment, we offer a sauna, a lounge with a play area, a table tennis room, a sunny terrace with a barbecue fireplace, a large playground with a trampoline, and free Wi-Fi – the perfect setting for families, active vacationers, and those simply looking to unwind.
Conditions/extras Stornierungen bis zu 30 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei.
Bei Stornierungen bis zu 14 Tage vor Anreise werden 50% berechnet.
Bei späteren Stornierungen werden 100% des Übernachtungspreises fällig.
Die Anreise ist zwischen 15:00 Uhr und 23:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist zwischen 01:00 Uhr und 10:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Schlüsselsafe.
Den Code dazu erhalten Sie rechtzeitig vor Anreise.
Tourismusabgabe: Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2,30EUR pro Person/Nacht (ab 16 Jahren), 1,40 EUR pro Person/Nacht (6-15 Jahre) wird zzgl. vor Ort berechnet.
Die Zahlung ist in bar bei Anreise vor Ort fällig oder auf Wunsch auch vorab per Überweisung.
Gemeinschaftspool nur während der Sommermonate von Juni bis August nutzbar.
Die Gemeinschaftssauna kann nach Voranmeldung zur alleinigen Nutzung gebucht werden.
Es wird immer 15,00 EUR für 3 Stunden fällig und sind vor Ort zu bezahlen.
Die Wohnungen sind nicht barrierefrei Es ist kein Aufzug/Lift vorhanden E-Auto Ladung 0,50EUR/KW wird vor Ort nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.
