Check-in can take place in person or in online self check-in mode: the guest will receive confirmation of the check-in method a few days before check-in. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment.


- SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment will be provided after completing online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via on-site keybox.


- IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. In-person check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
