<h1>Terms and Conditions</h1> <p>The room prices include the overnight stay per room including breakfast, the statutory VAT, and the use of our wellness area.</p> <p>On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 PM. <br/> On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 AM.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Cancellation</h2> <p>In the event of cancellation of a confirmed room reservation, we can only waive the sending of a cancellation invoice if we are able to rebook the room for the entire duration of your original booking.</p> <p>The cancellation fees are 50% 12 weeks before arrival and 80% from 8 weeks before arrival.</p> <p>Even in the case of changing the arrival or departure date as well as illness, the costs for overnight stay/breakfast will be charged (according to the recommendations of the professional group in DEHOGA).</p> <p> </p> <h2>Rights and Obligations from the Guest Accommodation Agreement:</h2> <p>Issued by the Professional Group Hotels and Related Businesses in the German Hotel and Restaurant Association e.V. (DEHOGA)</p> <ol> <li>The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is ordered and confirmed or, if confirmation was not possible for time reasons, made available.</li> <li>The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract is concluded.</li> <li>The innkeeper (hotelier) is obligated to compensate the guest in the event of non-provision of the room.</li> <li>The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price in the event of non-utilization of the contractual services, less the expenses saved by the innkeeper (compensation for booking with breakfast = 20%).</li> <li> <ol> <li>The innkeeper is obliged in good faith to reallocate unutilized rooms to avoid losses as much as possible.</li> <li>Until the room is otherwise allocated, the guest must pay the amount calculated according to item 4 for the duration of the contract.
