It offers a genuine local vibe with traditional shops, bakeries, greengrocers, butcheries, and weekly markets like Feira da Vandoma, now held in Campanhã’s fairground area.
Urban renewal projects, such as the Lusada Alameda de Cartes park, Matadouro industrial complex, and Praça da Corujeira, are enhancing green space, sustainability, and pedestrian access.
Transport connections are excellent.
Campanhã train station, a historic 19th‑century hub, provides access to local commuter, intercity, and high‑speed Alfa Pendular routes, and connects directly to the Metro network, including the Intermodal Terminal, buses, taxis, and bike facilities.We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.Guests will have access to the entire home!This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This two-bedroom house is perfect for guests looking for a pleasant stay.
