Our house is very centrally located, just 300 m from the valley station of the "Hochzillertal" cable car.
As part of our half-board service, you will receive the following inclusive services:

CHANGED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS WINTER 2020/2021 & SUMMER 2021
We are reducing the deposit deadline to 4 weeks before your arrival, and you can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before your arrival.
This also applies to bookings already made.
Additionally, the following conditions apply for Winter 2020/2021 and Summer 2021:
From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
For cancellations within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price.
In case of no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of the travel price.
We currently accept free cancellations from guests who cannot arrive due to official travel restrictions
at the time of their planned arrival (e.g., travel bans, border closures, travel warnings, suspension of air traffic)
and this is considered certain or very likely at the time of cancellation.
