Located in the center of Canet de Mar, Barcelona, this bright and modern 120 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The main bedroom is a loft accessed by stairs from the living room, featuring a double bed and a single sofa bed, plus a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area.
Please note, the upper level has a low ceiling and requires ducking.
The private, well-equipped kitchen connects directly to the living space.
Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and a workspace.
Public transport is easily accessible. Enjoy a first private open terrace with a chill-out area, outdoor sofa, and dining table for meals al fresco.
Upstairs, the second private rooftop terrace offers sun loungers and an outdoor shower—perfect for cooling off after the beach. Parking is available just over five minutes away and can be requested for an extra fee at the village’s municipal parking. Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible.
Guests under 25 cannot check in. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.
Family property only. The property is in a residential neighborhood: by municipal regulation, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and after 21:00 on other days.
Please respect the neighbors’ rest. Canet de Mar is a charming Catalan modernist town, 40 km from Barcelona and 45 minutes from the Costa Brava coves.

Die Terrasse und die Klimaanlage waren super!
Innerhalb von Canet kann alles Wichtige zu Fuß erreicht werden. Und mit dem Zug ist man innerhalb von 50 Minuten in Barcelona. Auch nach Figueres kann man einfach mit dem Zug fahren.
Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, hat man keinen Parkplatz. Das kann mitunter beschwerlich sein. Hat man einen gefunden, braucht man das Auto aber nicht mehr.
