A green garden with mature trees and a terrace directly in front of the house make this holiday home in Rankwitz OT Quilitz a lovely place to spend time outdoors. Settle into a sun lounger or enjoy a meal outside; a barbecue is available too.
The 70 m² home on Usedom sleeps up to 4 guests, including a maximum of 3 children. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room and a bathroom. In the bright living room, comfortable seating and a fireplace invite you to relax. Firewood can be purchased.
The kitchen and dining area is equipped for meals at home, with an electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table overlooks the garden. Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, a cot and a high chair are also provided.
The coast is approximately 330 m away and the nearest beach around 3.8 km away, both measured in a straight line. Explore the island on a cycle ride through the Achterland or visit the small harbours of Rankwitz and Liepe. The moated castle of Mellenthin and the sandy beaches of the imperial resorts are also worth discovering.
On-site parking and consumption costs are included. Up to 2 pets are welcome. The house is non-smoking and is rented for holiday stays only; youth groups and institutions are not accepted.

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Gebiet im Grünen und das Wasser ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Toll ausgestattete, große Küche, wo wir uns hauptsächlich aufgehalten haben.
Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und weil es uns da so gut gefallen hat, hätten wir uns um etwas gemütlichere Bestuhlung gefreut.
Die aktuelle Sitzschalen sind optisch einfach schön, hart und etwas instabil.
Für Hund + Kind nicht geeignet.

Hund konnte frei im Garten laufen, da eingezäunt. Achterwasser schnell erreichbar.
Treppe sehr steil und Geländer locker. Nur mit vorsichtigen Schritten besteigbar. Für Hunde und Kinder sehr schlecht geeignet.

Treppe zu den Schlafräumen oben sehr steil.
