Property Description Our lovingly renovated, comfortable holiday apartment is approx. 105 sqm and is centrally located on the historic market square of Oberwesel.
It is suitable for up to 4 people and spans two floors.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped, new kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo Philips coffee pod machine, kettle), a small terrace, and a guest toilet.
The living and dining room with a balcony overlooks the market square (TV with Amazon Fire Stick, internet radio, and Wi-Fi connection).
On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, a new, spacious bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer), and a small terrace.
Bicycles can be safely stored and charged.
However, there are 5 steps at the entrance.
Other Information The holiday apartment can be booked for stays of 2 nights or more.
Special conditions are possible for bookings of 14 days or more; please contact us. The house is divided into 2 floors and is available for your use.

Top Wohnung, Treppen sehr steil/hoch, aber beidseitig Geländer. Ich war in der Tagesklinik wg. Hüfte und Rücken, daher Treppenlaufen etwas schwierig.
