The spacious double room features a 180cm double bed, a refrigerator, and satellite TV. The bathroom with toilet is located in the hallway, about 5m from the room.
The shower is otherwise not used by anyone else, but it is possible to meet other guests in the hallway.

They are located directly next to each other, have their own private access, and offer full amenities with all imaginable comfort.
The apartments are very spacious; the atmosphere is modern, yet always with that certain Tyrolean coziness.
The kitchens fulfill your every wish: stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes - everything is available and literally set up for your vacation in the Zillertal.
Each apartment has its own private sun terrace with a view of the greenery.
A private heated storage room for your e-bikes, bicycles, skis, or ski boots is also available in the house.
Parking is directly at the house and is available to you free of charge. Our house is located at the entrance of the idyllic Zillertal municipality of Stumm.
We are in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, the bus stop, sports shops, and the entire village infrastructure of Stumm and the neighboring community of Kaltenbach.
The gondola lift and valley station of the "Hochzillertal" top ski area, one of the best and largest in the Alps, are just a 5-minute walk away.
Other ski areas in the Zillertal, such as the Hintertux Glacier, Mayrhofen, the Zillertal Arena, or the Spieljochbahn, are also in close proximity. You will not need your car and can reach all important spots easily and quickly on foot or by public transport. In summer, our house is ideal for experiencing all the highlights of the Zillertal: all side valleys such as Gerlos, Tux, Ginzling, or Zillergrund, the Zillertal Alps Nature Park, the Hintertux Glacier, and other cable cars are a maximum of half an hour away.
The Ziller, which gives the valley its name, is a popular destination with its cycle path and promenade for relaxing days along the valley floor.
For those who prefer something more active, there are countless mountain bike tours, now easier to manage with e-bikes; or the popular hiking trails in the Zillertal Alps, with every difficulty level: from idyllic forest routes, moderate tours to mighty peaks, via ferratas for families, or challenging sport climbing - there's something for everyone! We had a very nice stay in Stumm, Zillertal and did a lot of hiking. We also had lots of good food. We can absolutely imagine visiting Stumm again
