The 150 m² house is set in a large, enclosed 950 m² garden in a very quiet neighborhood.
It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave), a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, and a bedroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), a bathroom with shower, WC, and washing machine.
Outside, enjoy a south-facing terrace with table, chairs, parasol, awning, sun loungers, and barbecue.
The large fenced yard is perfect for relaxing.
Board games and outdoor games (rackets, balls, bucket and spade for the beach, etc.) are available.
A play and office area can accommodate an extra bed if needed.

Maison très agréable. Nécessité d'avoir une voiture pour aller à la plage mais grand jardin pour jouer avec les enfants.Nous avons passé un bon séjour !

On y entre comme chez soi, et on est pourtant bien ailleurs lors du séjour : calme, espaces, proximité des lieux où se distraire et apprécier le dépaysement ; intérieur bien conçu, extérieur style "pas la peine de bouger !" ; facile d'accès, proche de tout mais à l'écart des GROS flux inhérents à la presqu'île ; le bourg à 500 mètres, la côte sauvage à 900... On reviendra.

Belle maison très agréable avec tout le confort , très bien située et au calme.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. J'ai passé un séjour de rêve , la côte sauvage nous réserve des images à couper le souffle. Je recommande cette adresse.
