The 150 m² house is set in a large, enclosed 950 m² garden in a very quiet neighborhood.
It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave), a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, and a bedroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), a bathroom with shower, WC, and washing machine.
Outside, enjoy a south-facing terrace with table, chairs, parasol, awning, sun loungers, and barbecue.
The large fenced yard is perfect for relaxing. Board games and outdoor games (rackets, balls, bucket and spade for the beach, etc.) are available. A play and office area can accommodate an extra bed if needed. Wi-Fi available.
Baby equipment provided on request. Secure garage for bikes. Pets allowed in the enclosed garden, with an extra charge per pet (maximum 2 pets). Coastal beaches are accessible year-round. Cleaning service available for an extra charge.
Towel sets can be ordered in advance for an extra charge. Nearby: cycling paths (66 km circuit), grocery store, cafés, restaurants (crêperie, gourmet restaurant, bar-restaurant), Sunday morning market in summer at the port, large markets in Saint-Pierre and Quiberon. 500 m away: Port Orange beach, surf spots (Port Blanc), many walks (Côte Sauvage coastal path, trails inside the peninsula). Close to the village of Saint-Pierre-Quiberon and Portivy. Quiberon is the starting point for trips to Belle-Île, Houat, and Hoedic. Within 30 km: Gulf of Morbihan, Etel estuary, Carnac and its standing stones, Auray, Sainte-Anne-d’Auray, and Vannes (medieval town).
