THE GÎTE
Gîte Plaisance – Domaine du Flamand
Step into a bright and inviting space, ideal for a getaway as a couple, with family, or with friends.
The gîte features a cozy living room, dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker...) – perfect for easy self-catering.
Sleeping arrangements include two carefully decorated bedrooms:
– One double bedroom with a queen bed
– One twin room with two single beds, ideal for children or extra guests
The bathroom offers a walk-in Italian shower and a double vanity.
Separate toilets provide added comfort. A baby cot and highchair can be provided free of charge upon request. Outside, enjoy your own private garden and spacious terrace, complete with dining table, sun loungers, parasol, and built-in barbecue – ideal for relaxed al fresco meals or quiet moments in the shade of the pine trees. # OUTDOORS A private estate immersed in nature Set within a vast private forest estate of 4,200 hectares, the Domaine offers a truly preserved natural environment, accessible exclusively to guests. Kilometres of trails invite you to walk or cycle through the tranquil surroundings. Pin Sec Beach, a wild yet lifeguarded beach in summer, lies just 900 meters away – perfect for swimming, surfing, or oceanside picnics. Bikes can be rented and delivered directly to your doorstep for total freedom of exploration. # SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of €650 will be required for the rental. This is a bank imprint only, not charged or blocked, and does not impact your card limit. A small service fee of €8.10 will apply. Within 7 days of departure, and provided the property is returned in good condition and the rental terms have been respected, the deposit hold will be automatically released – no action required on your part.
