The flat comprises a large, comfortable living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the lounge, with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and television next to the (electric) fireplace.


On the quiet courtyard side, there is a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a study and a large dressing room.


The bathroom is in the bedroom.

A separate toilet completes the flat's facilities.

It's a lively neighbourhood, ideally located for getting the most out of Lyon. The tram and metro are just 2 minutes from the flat, making it easy to get around the city.

The area is full of restaurants, bars and cafés. The banks of the Rhône, just a 2-minute walk away, are ideal for a stroll or a jog.

Supermarket, tobacconist and chemist in the street.

Lyon 3 University, INSEEC, Rectorat and Saint Joseph Saint Luc Hospital are all within a 5-minute walk.

The Guillotière metro stop is a 5-minute walk from the flat.

The "Place Guichard" metro stop is a 7-minute walk from the flat.


The "Liberté" bus stop (C9) is a 2-minute walk from the flat.


The "Liberté" tram stop (T1) is a 2-minute walk from the flat and provides direct access to Part-Dieu station.
