Villa care - Please remember that you are staying in our home away from home. Please treat this house with respect.


Safety pool fence - Available and provided upon request. For guests with children it is mandatory to use the pool safety fence, please inform us in advance so that we can have it set up before your arrival.


Parties, Events and Noise - The house is located in a residential area, so no loud music or noise is allowed after 10pm. Parties and large-scale events are strictly forbidden. Guests who violate the house rules will be asked to leave the premises.


Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but you are more than welcome to smoke outside the house, we kindly ask you to put your ashes in an ashtray.


Pets are not allowed.


A confirmation voucher will be sent to your email with all the important details about your booking and the additional Feels Like Home services.

Guests should contact our team 45min before arrival and go directly to the property. For arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00, a late check-in fee of EUR 30 (payable in cash upon check-in) will apply.

All guests must provide ID upon check-in.

Please note that a mandatory tourist tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the time of your booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in.

All remaining payments must be made in cash.
