The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, perfect for home cooking, along with a dining table, large sofa, Smart TV, and a balcony. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment. The bright and airy bedroom includes ample storage and a comfortable bed dressed in crisp, hotel-quality linens. The modern family bathroom features a powerful shower and complimentary toiletries, and fluffy towels are provided for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for up to 2 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Guests have sole access to the property.
