Located just 3 minutes walk from the metro (direct line to Châtelet in 15 min), it is perfectly placed to explore Paris while enjoying a quiet environment.


Nestled in an inner courtyard, very quiet, it offers a true haven of peace after a busy day.


In the immediate vicinity: supermarkets (Intermarché, Leclerc, Casino), grocery store just opposite, and a multitude of delicious restaurants (Japanese, Korean, Uyghur...). Also practical if you come by car: access to the ring road is quick (but no parking on site).


The apartment is super functional, cool in summer (perfect during heatwaves), and full of good vibes! Little more original: in the toilets, you will find a selection of flyers from my favorite plays – something to inspire you for your cultural outings!


Villejuif is not a tourist destination in itself, but it is an ideal base to enjoy all that Paris has to offer.

Villejuif is a commune located in the Val-de-Marne. At the gates of the capital, the city offers you green and charming spaces for your stays. Its highest point is the departmental park of Hautes-Bruyères, at an altitude of 120 meters, where a redoubt is installed. It is also the highest point in Val-de-Marne. You will enjoy many monuments and parks to visit.
