The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 160 m² air-conditioned house with sauna for rent in Épernay, France, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200) and a mezzanine with a sofa bed (120x190).
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Separate WC
Upstairs:
- A small bedroom with a single bed
- A small bedroom with a 90x190 bed and a sofa that converts into a 120x190 bed.
- A bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC.
Basement:
Relaxation area with sauna and hammam
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 140 m² enclosed and shaded garden with terrace to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Épernay, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
