Welcome to the Lake Escapade, a charming foot on land in the heart of the village of Charavines, on the edge of Lake Paladru and its turquoise waters. #Space No more crowded beaches: exclusive access to a shared beach between co-owners just 50 metres from your accommodation.
The apartment enjoys a privileged location on the lakeside: it is located right in front of the archaeological excavations of the knights-peasants of the An Mil: a journey in time that you can discover at the museum of Lake Paladru (MALP).
On foot, you can make your market on Sundays or small shopping in the village on other days of the week (grocery, bakery, butchery, pharmacy, tobacco/press).
The beach street with its lakeside restaurants is 300 metres away.
If you want to go around the lake, the electric or mechanical bike rental is just next door, as is the beginning of the bike path.
Finally, hiking and mountain biking trails start from the village of Charavines.
You will understand: put the car down and enjoy.
During the winter, the ski resorts are accessible in only one hour from the accommodation, allowing you to enjoy the full snow and slide sports.
Completely renovated in 2024, the 29 m2 apartment offers a very functional main room with living room, dining area and open kitchen.
If you want to stay connected, the small TV and wifi fiber will allow you not to miss the news or your show.
In the kitchen you will have an induction plate, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker and a washing machine.
The kitchen opens onto a small private terrace in the shelter of the eyes where you can enjoy an aperitif outside.
The room offers a double bed 140 cm with a wardrobe.
Finally, a small bathroom with toilet comes complete.
The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning that will bring you soft warmth in winter and freshness in summer.
