Interior renovated in a warm 60s style: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200) Bathroom + separate toilet Fitted kitchen: induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table Living room with convertible sofa (160x200), TV, fibre connection, telework area Location & activities nearby At the end of the street: cycle path 300 m (4 min walk via the green lane): Bilieu beach, reserved for residents and camping (badge provided). 5 min: Charavines, market, shops and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes away: nautical activities: sailing, pedal boating, diving, riding stable, mountain biking trails, fishing, tennis, archaeological museum, Grange Dimière, many hikes around the lake or Chartreuse. La maison est absolument parfaite. L'emplacement, la proximité du lac, les paddles à disposition, tout était très bien. Catherine est une hôte extrêmement accueillante et disponible.
