You will have the embarrassment of the choice for swimming: the beach of the subdivision equipped with a raft off the coast for fun (in yellow on the plan at 50 meters) or the beach of Bilieu open to the only guests of the municipal campsite and the inhabitants of the commune (badge provided, in red on the plan less than 5 minutes walk).
We offer you our 2 paddles with permission to travel on the lake and lifejackets.
For bike lovers, the bike path goes down the street.
For hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, many trails are at your disposal, all around the lake or in the Chartreuse.
On the practical side, Charavines, with its market, its local shops and restaurants, is located 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike/trottinette, 20 minutes by foot via the path of the Bois d'Amour that runs along the lake. Our small enclosed garden on the side of the house with swing, tomato plantations and aromatic herbs is open to you. Fully renovated in the spirit of the 1960s, the apartment offers 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction plate, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining table.
A living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200), a TV and a teleworking area with fibre connection completes all. The supply of towels and bath mats is included in the cleaning fee. Beds are made upon arrival: please just specify to us at the reservation if the convertible sofa will be used. One towel and bath cloth per person will also be available. Consider taking your beach towel, very practical swim sandals to walk on the pebbles when the level of the lake drops. Other remarks Only weekly rental during the summer season.
