Utjeha is known for its crystal-clear sea and pebble beaches, and in the surrounding area you can enjoy numerous water activities such as diving, sailing, or kayaking. For those who like to explore, the nearby towns of Bar and Ulcinj offer a rich cultural and gastronomic experience.
The property consists of 16 apartments, and the pool is shared among all guests. The owners do not live on site but are always available for any help or information.

Guests have access to a spacious terrace (15 m2) with sea view, as well as private parking.
