Die Gastgeberfamilie war außerordentlich freundlich. Sehr interessante Gespräche geführt. Die Lage und das Haus sind einmalig direkt an der Seine. Das Château Gaillard ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkt gegenüber ist ein sehr gutes libanesischen Restaurant.
Der Blick im Garten auf die Seine ist wunderbar. Ich konnte von da aus sogar malen. Allerdings hält sich der größere Hund des Gastgebers auch oft dort auf. Wird aber auf Wunsch angebunden, wenn man den Garten nutzen möchte. Man sollte trotzdem besser keine Angst vor Hunden haben.
