Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Véran, this superb renovated traditional apartment of 130 m² welcomes up to 11 to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Spread over 3 levels, it offers sleeping arrangements with double beds and a single bed. Your private kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, plenty of storage, and various small appliances.
You will benefit from Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, video on demand, a washing machine, a dryer, a baby bed, a high chair, and a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work and videoconferences. Enjoy two sunny private balconies with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The spacious living area extends over two levels with a dining area and open kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a mezzanine lounge. The first level includes a double bedroom with private shower room, a bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilets.
A small laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), and two more bedrooms on the upper floor accessible by a steep ladder/staircase (one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed). Two additional shower rooms with toilets are located upstairs.
Central heating ensures optimal comfort.
A ski storage room is at your disposal.
You are close to many hiking and mountain biking trails, and the ski slopes are just a 5-minute walk away. Bed linen and pillowcases, with or without towels, are available as an option on request.
End-of-stay cleaning is available in winter and summer (off-season, please contact us), for an extra fee.
