- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer),
- a bedroom with a 65 × 80 cm double bed,
- a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fan, hangers, TV, Wi-Fi,
- central heating, smoke detector,
- a lovely view from the balcony,
- garage.
After 10 p.m., noise disturbances are no longer accepted.
