If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.

Guests have sole access to the property

Located on the outskirts of Newcastle, the city centre is still easily accessed within 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus. There are a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the house. St James' Park is just a 10 minute drive away. It is a 20 minute bus journey into central Newcastle with its array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. There are a number of amenities, including bars and supermarkets in the local area surrounding the property. It's a 10 minute drive to St James' Park. Free parking is available at the property.
