Positive:
Posizione comoda, appartamento molto pulito, funzionale, completo di tutto il necessario.
Negative:
Il palazzo e la scalinata interna sembrano fatiscenti, ma quando si oltrepassa la porta di casa sembra di finire in una realtà parallela (moderno, pulito...).
Bagno piccolissimo.
Farebbe comodo avere una doppia chiave.
