Apartment of 50 m² comfortable and very luminous, located in first line of beach, with views to the sea and to the mountain.



It is located 0 m from the sandy beach "Levante", 10 m from the restaurant "local", 100 m from the bus station "urbano", 200 m from the supermarket "local", 1 km from the town "casco antiguo Benidorm", 2 km from the amusement park "Mundomar", 2 km from the water park "Acualandia", 5 km from the water park "Aqua Natura", 5 km from the amusement park "Terra Natura", 5 km from the golf course "Villaitana", 6 km from the amusement park "Terra Mitica", 7 km from the rocky beach "el Albir", 45 km from the train station "Alicante - Renfe", 55 km from the airport "el Altet - Alicante" and is located in a residential area and by the sea.



It has lift, glazed terrace, iron, internet access (communal wifi included), heating (heat pump), air conditioning (extra charge), 1 TV.



There is communal parking in the building (no parking space guaranteed for each flat)



The independent electric kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/ cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and juicer.



Private apartment building for rent. There is no reception on the ground floor of the building.




The reception is in our office FINCAS ARENA.



The communal area of the building, as well as its services do not depend on us and the hours of operation and conditions of use will be as indicated by the Community of owners



The flats have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance. Pets of any kind are only accepted "on request" and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (please consult us, there may be a supplement).




If there is parking and it is not indicated that it is private, then the parking is communal and there is no guaranteed parking space available for each flat. (Only one car can be parked per flat and only if space is available).




Air conditioning (if available) is optional (chargeable) unless expressly stated as included in the price.

See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights of the guests' stay). Some optional services may be subject to availability from the external service provider.



Our clients are provided with a 24-hour emergency maintenance service in the flat via a contact telephone number (only for problems in the flat that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office). Misuse or abuse of this service will incur a cost to the client.



The delivery of keys is always in our reception office, not in the building you have booked, for this you have to come to Fincas Arena, if you arrive after closing the office in the afternoon or on a holiday, in the window there will be a list with the name of the clients and a phone number to call and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you plan to arrive out of hours and let us know, it helps us to organize and minimize your wait when you arrive at our office). Optionally we can bring the keys to the address of the flat but this service has a supplement (consult us).



Outside working hours we only deliver 1 set of keys to the flat and if you let us know that you are coming with a car, we can give you another set of keys to the flat when you check-in.



The photos of the flats shown on our website are of a typical flat, as there are several flats in each building and they are privately owned flats, there may be variations in the type of furniture or decoration, height, views, etc, but the services described are practically the same in all of them.



The entrance to the flats is at 17:00 hrs (if the flat is clean and ready before, the keys can be handed over earlier (this may involve an extra cost). Even if you request it in advance, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available before this time



Leaving the flats is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later, please ask our staff about the possibility of a late check-out from the flat (late check-out). (It has extra cost), it is subject to availability until the day before departure.



Therefore, free of charge, both the day of arrival and departure we can store your luggage in our office (service available only during our opening hours, not on Sundays or holidays).




At our reception office, you have tourist information, maps of the city and can hire all kinds of additional services both for the stay in the flat and to enjoy the sports, cultural and leisure activities day and night that offers the city and the surroundings.



For our customers we can offer a transfer service to and from the airport or train station in Alicante or by taxi or private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on a public holiday we can pick you up at the airport with the keys to your flat and take you directly there.


We can also arrange for you to confirm your return transfer or print your boarding passes (service with an additional cost)



Entrance to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), nightclubs, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby towns or Valencia, car hire, electric car hire for people with reduced mobility (in some buildings we can provide an area to recharge the battery if you rent it with us, please consult us), diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialised companies. Tickets to discotheques on special dates (especially New Year's Eve).



We can offer tickets for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year, for this you can contact us or follow the blog we have on our website.

If you need social and health services we can provide them through an external provider (babysitting, companionship, personal grooming, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc.).
