In the heart of the Domaine du Flamand, Gîte La Jauguette offers a peaceful refuge close to the Atlantic beaches.
Surrounded by pine forest, vineyards and nature, this warm house is ideal for a stay with a couple or family.
The perfect place to explore the authentic Médoc. Le Gîte La Jauguette – Domaine du Flamand Located close to the ocean, Gîte La Jauguette offers a peaceful and natural setting, perfect for a stay with family, couple or friends. Inside, you will find a warm and bright living room, composed of a comfortable living room, a friendly dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (cooking plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker...).
Everything has been thought out to make you feel at home. The cottage has two cosy and carefully decorated rooms: – One bedroom with a double bed – One bedroom with two single beds The bathroom includes a large Italian shower and a double sink.
The toilets are independent for more practicality. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. On the outside side, enjoy a private garden and a spacious terrace: dining table, deckchairs, parasol and fixed barbecue are at your disposal to fully enjoy outdoor moments in a quiet and wooded environment. External A private domain in the heart of nature Within a large private forest estate of 4,200 hectares, enjoy an exceptional natural setting, only accessible to residents.
Kilometres of trails are available for hiking or cycling, in a quiet and preserved environment. The Pin Sec beach, wild and monitored in summer, is only 900 metres away: ideal for swimming, surfing or picnic days facing the ocean.
Bicycles can be rented and delivered on site, to explore the surrounding area in complete freedom. CAUTION A bank print of 650 € will be requested as part of the rental. This print is neither blocked nor removed and does not impact the ceiling of your credit card.
Only a service fee of €8.10 will be charged. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale and the return of the accommodation in perfect condition, the print will be automatically cancelled, without any steps on your part. A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
