Welcome to Gîte Bruyère, a tastefully renovated house nestled in the Domaine du Flamand, in the heart of the Médoc.
Ideal for 4 people, it offers calm, comfort and light, between pines, vineyards and beaches.
Access to the shared swimming pool of the Domaine for a stay resurfacing with family, couple or friends. Array Le Gîte Bruyère – Domaine du Flamand Inside, you will discover a bright and warm living space, sublimated by a cathedral ceiling, offering a beautiful feel of space.
The open kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to cook as at home. The room, tastefully decorated, has a comfortable double bed and can accommodate up to 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and double sink furniture, while the toilet is separated, for more comfort in everyday life. For families, an extra bed can be installed on request to accommodate a child or adolescent. A cot and high chair can also be made available at no extra cost. Outside, enjoy a private semi-closed garden and a large terrace with dining table, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue: ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing afternoons in the shade of pine trees. A private domain in the heart of nature Within a large private forest estate of 4,200 hectares, enjoy an exceptional natural setting, only accessible to residents.
Kilometres of trails invite you to walk or discover by bike, in a quiet and preserved environment. After your explorations, relax by the shared pool, a haven of freshness. Bicycles can be rented and delivered on site to go freely to discover the surroundings. A bank print of 650 € will be requested as part of the rental. This print is neither blocked nor removed, and does not impact the ceiling of your credit card.
Only a service fee of €8.10 will be charged. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale and the return of the accommodation in perfect condition, the print will be automatically cancelled, without any steps on your part. A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
