Array Le Gîte Dune – Domaine du Flamand The Gîte Dune welcomes you in a bright and warm interior, with a cathedral ceiling that brings a beautiful feel of space. The open kitchen, fully equipped, makes it easy to cook throughout the living room. The room, carefully decorated, offers a comfortable double bed, ideal for 2 people. The bathroom has a bathtub and double sink furniture.
The toilets are separated. On request, an extra bed can be installed for a child or adolescent. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge. On the outside side, enjoy a private semi-closed garden and a large terrace with table, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue — perfect for meals or relaxation outdoors. And to complete your stay, you have access to the shared swimming pool of the Domaine, ideal to refresh yourself after a day in nature. A private domain in the heart of nature Within a large private forest estate of 4,200 hectares, enjoy an exceptional natural setting, only accessible to residents.
Kilometres of trails invite you to walk or discover by bike, in a quiet and preserved environment. After your explorations, relax by the shared pool, a haven of freshness. Bicycles can be rented and delivered on site to go freely to discover the surroundings. A bank print of 650 € will be requested as part of the rental. This print is neither blocked nor removed, and does not impact the ceiling of your credit card.
Only a service fee of €8.10 will be charged. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale and the return of the accommodation in perfect condition, the print will be automatically cancelled, without any steps on your part. A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
