The comfortable living room with fireplace invites you to relax, while the large living room includes a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). On the night side, three carefully decorated rooms: – Two master bedrooms with double bed, one of which has its private bathroom – One bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends The main bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a double sink.
The toilets are separated for more comfort. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
On request, we provide a cot and a high chair at no extra cost. Outside, you will enjoy a closed garden and a large private terrace with dining table, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue, to fully enjoy outdoor meals and sunny afternoons in the heart of nature. A private domain in the heart of nature Within a large private forest estate of 4,200 hectares, enjoy an exceptional natural setting, only accessible to residents.
Kilometres of trails are available for hiking or cycling, in a quiet and preserved environment. The Pin Sec beach, wild and monitored in summer, is only 900 metres away: ideal for swimming, surfing or picnic days facing the ocean. Bicycles can be rented and delivered on site, to explore the surrounding area in complete freedom. A bank print of 650 € will be requested as part of the rental. This print is neither blocked nor removed and does not impact the ceiling of your credit card.
Only a service fee of €8.10 will be charged. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale and the return of the accommodation in perfect condition, the print will be automatically cancelled, without any steps on your part. A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
