The accommodation comprises Garden level: - Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: queen-size bed (160x200), dressing room and private shower room - Two separate WCs - A utility room - A study First floor: - A large 50 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 4: master suite with king-size bed (180x200), dressing room, en suite bathroom (shower + bath) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private, unheated swimming pool (8 m x 5 m), open from 30 April to 31 October; sun loungers available. - A lovely 1,300 m² private enclosed garden - Petanque court - A north-east-facing terrace overlooking the pool, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The villa is ideally located in a pleasant area of Fréjus, within easy reach of shops, restaurants, bars and markets. Nearby attractions include - 5-minute walk to the beach, 5-minute drive to Fréjus's main beach - Water sports: kayaking, jet-skiing, paddle, boat trips, snorkelling - Historical heritage: cathedral, amphitheatre, Roman gates, crypt, ancient museums - Parks and leisure activities: Aqualand, Luna Park, go-karting, microlighting - Excursions: Cannes 50 km away, Saint-Tropez 40 km away Public transport: - By car: you can park directly in the private car park outside the villa (3 or 4 vehicles). - Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël, approx. 10 km away - Nearest airport: Nice, approx. 60 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar und hat diesen ganz besonderen Blick. Es ist großzügig und neu, schick eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Betten sind bequem und alle Annehmlichkeiten passen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zu 6. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très belle maison avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le quartier est très paisible et la maison est impeccable répondant à toutes nos attentes. Très bien équipée. Une très belle piscine. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
