The main house features a master bedroom with en-suite bath on the ground floor, plus a study with a desk and couch that can serve as a playroom or office. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms share two bathrooms (one en-suite).
For extra privacy, a fully self-contained poolside guest house offers its own kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a bathroom that opens directly onto the pool—ideal as a retreat for a second couple, teens, or grandparents, and sleeps two.
A gentle hilltop breeze keeps the house naturally cool in summer; underfloor heating, a fireplace, smart TV, and Wi-Fi ensure comfort during the cooler months.
Outdoors
The 8 × 15 m saltwater pool—skin-friendly with no chlorine smell—is one of the largest private pools in eastern Mallorca. A shallow play platform allows smaller children to splash safely, while a springboard and neck-jet keep older swimmers entertained.
A separate jacuzzi (heatable on request, available for an extra fee) extends the pool season into spring and autumn.
The outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, warm outdoor shower, sun terrace with eight loungers, and table tennis make the garden an open-air playground.
