This spacious Mediterranean style house, located in a quiet residential area surrounded by nature, is perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, close to the beach of Pals and the golf course.



The house is accessed by going up some stairs from the street. Upon entering, we find a large day area formed by a living-dining room with fireplace and open kitchen, a cosy and bright space that gives direct access to a large outdoor terrace, ideal for breakfasts in the sun or dinners in the fresh air. From the kitchen there is also direct access to the barbecue area, equipped with stone tables and benches under the shade of the trees, perfect for long outdoor meals.



The house has six bedrooms in total, distributed in two separate wings. In one wing there are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms; in the other wing there are two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and a guest toilet. Four of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other two have two single beds each, offering capacity and comfort for large groups. One of the bedrooms includes a desk, ideal for those who need to telecommute during their stay.



There are three full bathrooms in total - two with shower and one with bathtub - plus an additional toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and electric radiators to ensure comfort in both summer and winter.



The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, two drip coffee machines and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. There is also a washing machine and wifi connection. There is no television, thus favouring a more disconnected stay in contact with the environment.



Outside, the private swimming pool area offers a pleasant artificial grass surface, in an environment surrounded by vegetation that guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Parking is on the street, which is free and easy to access.
