This spacious Mediterranean-style house, located in a quiet residential area surrounded by nature, is perfect for those seeking a relaxed holiday with family or friends, close to Pals beach and the golf course.
The house is accessed by climbing a few steps from the street.
Upon entering, you will find a large living area consisting of a living-dining room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen, a cozy and very bright space with direct access to a large outdoor terrace, ideal for sunlit breakfasts or dining al fresco.
The kitchen also provides direct access to the barbecue area, equipped with stone tables and benches under the shade of trees, perfect for long outdoor meals. The house has a total of six bedrooms, distributed in two separate wings.
One wing has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms; the other has two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a guest toilet.
Four of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other two have two single beds each, offering capacity and comfort for large groups.
One of the bedrooms includes a desk, ideal for those who need to telecommute during their stay. There are three full bathrooms in total—two with showers and one with a bathtub—as well as an additional guest toilet.

La família.
Los utensilios de cocina , eran viejos, gastados . Los armarios de cocina y de comedor viejos y con proximidad a caerse. La nevera perdia agua. Arañas entre el material de cocina. El agua de la ducha para que saliera a temperatura adecuada era muy complicado. Lo único bueno es que la vivienda era grande.
