This spacious Mediterranean-style house, located in a quiet residential area surrounded by nature, is perfect for those seeking a relaxing family vacation or a getaway with friends, close to Pals beach and the golf course.
Access to the house is via stairs from the street.
Upon entering, you'll find a large living area comprising a living-dining room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen.
This is a cozy and very bright space with direct access to a large outdoor terrace, ideal for sunny breakfasts or alfresco dinners.
The kitchen also provides direct access to the barbecue area, equipped with stone tables and benches under the shade of trees, perfect for long outdoor meals. The house has a total of six bedrooms, distributed across two separate wings.
One wing contains four bedrooms and two full bathrooms; the other has two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a guest toilet.
Four of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other two each have two single beds, thus offering capacity and comfort for large groups.
One of the bedrooms includes a desk, ideal for those who need to work remotely during their stay.
There are three full bathrooms in total—two with showers and one with a bathtub—plus an additional guest toilet.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and electric radiators to ensure comfort in both summer and winter. In terms of equipment, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, two drip coffee makers, and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
