Set in 120 hectares of woodland, meadows and ponds in the heart of the Brenne Regional Nature Park, the Moulin de Baratte, with its two gîtes and guest room, is the ideal place to take full advantage of the natural surroundings, while contemplating the fauna, flora, birds and deer in peace and quiet.
You'll enjoy walking along the footpaths or fishing in the property's private ponds and river.
Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, shower room/wc.
First floor: two bedrooms (bed 180cm or 2*90cm by 200cm).
Equipment provided: baby chair and cot, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue.
Beds made up on arrival.
Optional extras: Cleaning package (65€).
Horses welcome (10 maximum) 15 € per night per horse.
Paddock and stable provided.
