To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices: ⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency. ⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 pm (Noise Law). ⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation.
People who are not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3pm and our check-out time is before 11am.
If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest.
Bed linen and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately.
Be careful with products that could be damaged, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit. ⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replaced. ⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
