People who are not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building. ⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival. ⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment.

Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and our check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.

If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability and rates. ⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest.
