With a capacity of 7 beds, your family will be comfortably accommodated with a master bedroom with a double bed, a cabin bedroom with three bunk beds (ideal for children), and a sofa bed in the living room.

A movable table allows you to enjoy meals inside with up to seven people.

To enjoy meals outside, you have a large fenced terrace of 30 m² with a hedge, equipped with all necessary furniture: table, chairs, gazebo or parasol, and barbecue.

The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from the center and the sandy Pradon beach.

You also benefit from a private, locked cellar on the ground floor, ideal for storing bicycles or other equipment.

When you step out of the apartment, you will enjoy a magnificent panorama with a sea view.
