Welcome to my apartment in Clichy — a charming, bright, and fully equipped space with no overlooking neighbors, perfect for a comfortable stay. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the apartment is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) and includes: one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with a sofa bed and TV — ideal for relaxing after a busy day.


Available amenities include: coffee machine, oven, microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, fan, and more. A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay to ensure cleanliness and comfort.


The apartment is ideally located in the République district, in the heart of Clichy, just steps away from many shops, bars, and restaurants — including excellent local food spots like a butcher, fishmonger, cheese shop, bakery, and Italian deli.


You’ll also be right next to Paris, with easy access to public transportation for exploring the city and its iconic landmarks.

## Emplacement
Also known as Clichy-la-Garenne, the city of Clichy is a commune bordering Paris. Born from a Gallo-Roman villa, the village has gradually expanded while keeping its authentic character. Strongly wooded until the Middle Ages, it is from this period that the name of the city is transformed to become Clichy-la-Garenne in reference to the numerous royal hunting parties that took place there. The revolution marks a shift in the economic activities of the city. It saw the rise of the laundresses and washerwomen. The famous "Goulue" of the Moulin Rouge was one of the laundresses of Clichy. It was at the beginning of the 19th century that industrialization took hold of the town with the arrival of the Maës crystal factory and the Appert glass factory, then in 1950, of Citroën. However, Clichy has not lost its "village" character and intends to preserve it between modernity and tradition.
