For summer, Saint-Jorioz beach is one of the very best beaches on the lake (diving boards, children's playground, beach volleyball, snack bar...). For winter, you can access the Semnoz ski resort from Saint-Jorioz! The accommodation Recently built ground-floor apartment; the owners live upstairs. The thick stone walls will protect you from the heat in the summer. You will have a private entrance and a private garden with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers. The apartment is fully equipped, with an open-plan kitchen and living room, a bedroom with storage, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a shower. Please note that the road passes behind the garden, but the apartment is very well insulated. No smoking, pets not allowed. Our concierge will contact you 24 to 48 hours before your arrival for key handover.
