Located in a residential neighborhood just outside the city walls, this charming apartment is only a few steps from the Boboli Gardens, and the historic center of Florence can be reached with a pleasant 15-minute walk.
Nestled in a quiet corner of the city , the apartment occupies the first and top floor of an early 20th-century villa.
It offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to the vibrant atmosphere of Florence . The property features three double bedrooms and one single bedroom , two full bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen , and a welcoming dining area — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys.
In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details.
The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time.
The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. La amplitud del alojamiento y comodidad de las camas.
Está u poco alejado del centro turístico, con lo cual está bien para descansar, ya que no hay ruido, pero obliga a organizarse para moverse hasta el centro. Nosotros lo hicimos en bus, pero tienen que cuadrar horarios y paradas.
Appartement très agréable. Le stationnement est un peu compliqué.
