The house is located near the village center, nestled in the heart of a peaceful hamlet in Goulven. With its 10 beds, it is ideal for large families or gatherings with friends. On the ground floor, you will find: A bright living area thanks to a large glass gable: cozy lounge with TV, large table for 10 guests, perfect for convivial meals. A fully equipped kitchen. A relaxation area with a high-end spa for 6 people, small lounge, and adjoining shower – ideal for unwinding after a day by the sea.

This area can be locked to ensure children's safety. A master suite with queen-size bed (160x200) and private bathroom (walk-in shower + WC). Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200). Quality bedding for a restful sleep. A large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Upstairs: Two bedrooms with 2 single beds (80x200 cm) each. A bathroom with shower. A separate WC. A play area for children. Outside: relaxation and conviviality in the garden. Wooden terrace accessible from the living area and relaxation space, facing southwest with dining table, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue overlooking the garden. Charging station for electric vehicles (available for an extra fee). Easy access to Goulven shops: small grocery/bar, restaurant. Close to many beaches, markets, coastal paths (GR 34), water sports (kite surfing, sand yachting, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding). No parties.
