"At 315" is a 19 m² guest room in Villeneuve-de-Berg, southern Ardèche. You will stay in a private, detached cottage that you lock yourselves.
The room has two single beds and a bathroom separated by a sliding door for added privacy.
Enjoy mountain views of the Coiron range, a fan, a smart TV with streaming services via fiber Wi-Fi, and a work area with a desk.
Breakfast is included and features homemade jams prepared by your hosts and local honey.
The room is not equipped for cooking or dining (no dishes or cookware). The property runs entirely on solar energy with LED lighting.
You have your own private garden and a 14 m² covered terrace.
The outdoor pool, heated by solar panels, is private (3.5 m x 3.5 m) and reserved for studio guests from 29/05 to 15/09 (10am-8pm in summer, 10am-7pm in September). Parking is available on the property.
