Charming house in Silvallana (Taramundi) on two floors in the countryside for 4 people, ideal for disconnecting. With stunning views and unique natural surroundings. The property has a mountainous terrain of 6000 square meters in the Biosphere Reserve. Partially fenced land. Perfect for a rural getaway. Kitchen and toilet on ground floor. Main floor with living room with double sofa bed and fireplace (there are fireplaces and firewood outside) and large double bedroom with a large wardrobe, which opens onto a small hallway that communicates with the living room and toilet through an arch (there is no door), but the room is independent. A complete bathroom and a toilet for more comfort. Equipped with wifi on the main floor, 2 hammocks, outdoor table and chairs and a small top-loading washing machine.


Ideal for hiking routes and relaxation.



The nearest food and grocery shops, chemist, bank, restaurants and hotels are in Taramundi, 12 kilometres from the house. Vegadeo, through which the Pilgrims' Route to Santiago de Compostela passes, is about 20 kilometres away. There are beaches such as Peñarronda 30' away. Oviedo airport is about an hour and a quarter away.



There are 2 parking spaces included in the price of the reservation. From the car park you can descend to the house via a stone staircase or via a path under the cabazo. The latter is not available for rental.



As it is a rural tourism environment and sheltered by lush mountains, the presence of insects is inevitable.

Please note that parties and stag/hen parties are not permitted in the house. If there is any disturbance to neighbours or any breach of the accommodation rules, a penalty of 300 euros will be applied.
