The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living area with TV, dining area and sleeping area with two double sofa beds - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - A shower room with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A shared unheated swimming pool with secure access via a fence - A 5 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A shared garden of 2000 m² The apartment is ideally situated in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani, in a very pleasant setting.

Activities: - Relax on the fine sandy beach at Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani. - Explore the hiking trails of nearby Castagniccia. - Visit the Romanesque church of San Nicolao and admire its heritage. - Set off on a boat trip and discover the Corsican coastline. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park.
