Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a 2,000 m² shared garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- A 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with two double sofa beds.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool with fenced access
- A 5 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the warm weather
- 2000 m² shared garden
The apartment is ideally located in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Activities:
- Relax on Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani's sandy beach.
- Explore the hiking trails of nearby Castagniccia.
- Visit the Romanesque church of San Nicolao and admire its heritage.
- Take a boat trip and discover the Corsican coastline.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot.
