Just 350 meters from the sea at Lido di Noto, this eco-friendly farmhouse welcomes you to a paradise of Mediterranean scents and authentic flavors.
Nestled in a lush garden of citrus, olive, and tropical fruit trees, it offers a unique experience where nature and comfort blend perfectly. The 70 m² house opens onto a spacious 40 m² veranda, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
The carefully furnished interiors offer two bedrooms with latex mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, and all modern comforts, from smart TV to air conditioning. The real gem is the 25,000 sq m garden, a green oasis where you can pick fresh eggs, exotic fruits, and seasonal vegetables.
The heated swimming pool, available all year round, blends harmoniously into the landscape, while the play area will delight the little ones. From your base, you can explore the wonders of the area: the Baroque center of Noto, the coves of the Vendicari Reserve, and the picturesque village of Marzamemi.
For food lovers, the local markets offer an authentic taste of Sicily. The fee for the use and heating of the pool from October 1 to April 30 is included in the rental price. From May 1 to September 30, use of the pool is always included in the rental price and heating is not necessary.
However, heating can always be requested at a cost of €40 per day (multiplied by the number of days of the rental).

Wir waren in den Herbstferien in Lido di Noto und haben das Meer und die tollen Strände in der Nähe ebenso genossen wie das wunderbare Grundstück unseres Gastgebers. Frisches Gemüse und Obst und viel Platz für die Kinder. Ein toller Aufenthalt.

Schönes Ferienhaus in wundervoll angelegtem Garten mit Terrasse. Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt . Wichtig zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass die Betten in dem einen Schlafzimmer nur für jüngere Kinder geeignet sind, da sie schmaler und kürzer sind. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Hauptraum des Hauses.
